Today we organize and pack for our trip. Though Phnom Penh has all the convienences of a modern city, we don't know what to expect as we bicycle through Vietnam. Prior to our dental mission, we'll spend three days riding and touring from Ho Chi Min City to Vinhlong, Can Tho, and Chau Doc. So, ever prepared, we are taking medicines and snack foods that, when packed, leave little room for our Cambodian Dental Mission gear. So much for travelling light. Jamie's fear and trepidation has given way to excitement about our upcoming adventure. I only hope the terrain is as flat as I have promised her.
